Kaya

My husband and I are very grateful to you for the care you have given to our dog, Kaya. Given that Kaya is a seven year old Rotweiller/German Shepard mix who had two consecutive cruciate surgeries (the first one was unsuccessful), we were not very optimistic about her having much use of the affected leg. The vet was concerned about her lack of progress and suggested physical therapy. We were impressed with the fact that you are a physical therapist for humans, and that you clearly have expertise and experience in the area of rehabilitation. We are also impressed to know that you keep current in canine therapy by attending conferences and seminars. You were very sensitive to our dog’s personality and were creative about ways to get her to exercise her leg properly when, at times, she was clearly reluctant to do so. You were generous with praise for her efforts -- and ours, for that matter.

We appreciate that you were sensitive to our finances by suggesting that your services were no longer necessary for Kaya’s successful recovery, and that you taught us exercises to practice with her on a daily basis to keep her healthy..

Thank you for being there when we needed you..

Sincerely,.

Jean and Joe DeLuca
